She works with natural and locally situated materials, tracing their histories and connections to ecological processes, technologies, and human activities. She considers landscapes as repositories of ecological and cultural memory, where movements and encounters leave material traces and transform materials, techniques, and meanings. She is the Dean of the Faculty of Design at the Academy of Art in Szczecin, where she runs a speculative design studio combining research with experimental work. Agnieszka collaborates with academic and research institutions across Europe, including Sustainability by Design at Folkwang University of the Arts, Technical University of Munich, Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia, and Hiscia Research Institute.
